Struct ethereum_forkid::ForkId
source · [−]pub struct ForkId {
pub hash: ForkHash,
pub next: BlockNumber,
}
Expand description
A fork identifier as defined by EIP-2124. Serves as the chain compatibility identifier.
Fields
hash: ForkHash
CRC32 checksum of the all fork blocks from genesis.
next: BlockNumber
Next upcoming fork block number, 0 if not yet known.
Trait Implementations
sourceimpl Decodable for ForkId
impl Decodable for ForkId
sourcefn decode(rlp: &Rlp<'_>) -> Result<Self, DecoderError>
fn decode(rlp: &Rlp<'_>) -> Result<Self, DecoderError>
Decode a value from RLP bytes
sourceimpl MallocSizeOf for ForkId
impl MallocSizeOf for ForkId
sourcefn size_of(&self, ops: &mut MallocSizeOfOps) -> usize
fn size_of(&self, ops: &mut MallocSizeOfOps) -> usize
Measure the heap usage of all descendant heap-allocated structures, but
not the space taken up by the value itself.
If T::size_of
is a constant, consider implementing constant_size
as well. Read more
sourcefn constant_size() -> Option<usize>
fn constant_size() -> Option<usize>
Used to optimize MallocSizeOf
implementation for collections
like Vec
and HashMap
to avoid iterating over them unnecessarily.

bound is for object safety. Read more
